Arundel Full Maintenance Service is
by far our most popular form of service making up at least 90% of our maintenance
business. It offers complete coverage of your elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters. You
pay a flat rate every month regardless of the maintenance, repairs or callbacks performed
for that period. As we perform all of the services listed below, your equipment runs with
minimal or no shut downs or malfunctions.

Non-Contractual Service
All call-backs, regardless of the
form of service, are dispatched expeditiously with the equal priority and promptness.
However, requests for service from our customers that have no form of maintenance
agreement with Arundel, are handled on a "as can be performed basis" with our
contractual customers receiving greater priority. Additionally, our labor agreement and
safety considerations require that a service team must answer all requests for service by
non-contractual customers.
