Arundel Intermediate Maintenance Service

Our Intermediate Maintenance Service includes:

Non-Contractual Service
All call-backs, regardless of the form of service, are dispatched expeditiously with the equal priority and promptness. However, requests for service from our customers that have no form of maintenance agreement with Arundel, are handled on a "as can be performed basis" with our contractual customers receiving greater priority. Additionally, our labor agreement and safety considerations require that a service team must answer all requests for service by non-contractual customers.
